Santa Clara Judge Zayner has bequeathed  his and his wife's estate to Stanford. Judge Zayner continues to hear many Stanford cases, fails to disclose his conflict, and has accordingly been disciplined by the Judicial Commission in 2017 for his conduct in [unnamed Plaintiff] vs. Stanford.
